A New Batch of Emergency Employment (3X6 Approach) Graduated

Under the patronage of the Minister of Municipal Affairs, UNDP Jordan celebrated the graduation of the Emergency Employment Project (3x6 Approach) beneficiaries.

190 beneficiaries graduated; they established 170 microbusinesses in three municipalities at Mafraq; Rehab, Hosha, and Al Sarhan. This project was implemented in partnership with the Jordan River Foundation & the National Bank for Microbusinesses

450 young men and women benefited from it through engaging in community initiatives that responded to the immediate needs of the local communities.

Till today, the total number of community initiatives implemented in the 6 municipalities is 48 initiatives of which 36 were implemented in Hosha, Rehab and Al Sarhan
