purpose of the study is to Provide in-depth data to clarify the vocational training needs of Jordanian youth; Provide information on the skills sought by the local labour market, Inform the development of an effective youth employment portal and vocational training programme which offers career counselling, planning services, and educational support to develop skills and improve employment prospects; and strengthen the capacity of stakeholders to design and implement an effective vocational training programme, according to the needs of each governorate.
